Shipping policy

Curvo Travel Co. currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping availability and costs are determined by the product, fulfillment location, and destination and will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Order Processing & Delivery

Many Curvo products are fulfilled from U.S.-based warehouses. Estimated shipping and delivery times vary by product and supplier. Most products in our current collection are expected to ship within approximately 1–5 business days, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Multiple-Item Orders

Curvo works with multiple fulfillment partners. If your order contains more than one product, items may ship separately and may arrive at different times. You will not be charged twice for the same shipment unless separate shipping charges were clearly shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. Curvo Travel Co. cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates but will assist with reasonable shipping issues when possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information so we can review the issue with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
